Yoga

Please check with Sybille for current details.

Yoga is great for flexibility and keeping our joints, bones and muscles supple, however there is also the tremendous benefit of using the breath, simple meditation techniques and mindfulness to allow us to find more ease and lightness in simply being and being content with who we are and in whatever situation we find ourselves.

I am currently running a free 75min online Yoga Class via zoom on Monday Mornings at 10am.

If anybody is interested in joining via Zoom, please message me on sybille@xyzmail.eu or 07785363305. The class is suitable for all levels and is safely tailored to individual physical requirements. I am also trained to work with anyone on the cancer journey, be it pre- or post- treatment.

Richmond Counselling & Psychotherapy Service

The Richmond Counselling and Psychotherapy Service (RCPS) has been operating from these Church premises since 1994. Providing open ended affordable therapy to adults and young persons seeking to explore their problems in depth and in confidence at their pace.

We have an excellent team of therapists who are dedicated to providing a professional service on a weekly basis. All of them work in accordance with professional guidelines. The team meets regularly as a way of monitoring their work. Raleigh Road United Church has been immensely supportive of our work and has provided a safe space dedicated to improving mental health in the community. The RCPS is grateful for the nurturing environment provided by Raleigh Road United Church.
